We are looking for someone to assist in generating more traffic in our showroom by promptly answering leads and phone calls then setting appointments. We are a large volume dealership that takes pride in our stellar reputation. We pay hourly plus commission and bonuses with benefits and 401k available. Full-time and Part-time positions available. Requirements: • Ability to deal with a high volume of leads, emails, phone calls, and online chats • Ability to promptly answer all leads in a professional and accurate manner • Ability to present information in a clear and professional manner via email and phone • Basic computer skills • Strong communication skills with reporting capabilities • Ability to type proficient with proper spelling and grammar Responsibilities: • Handle all incoming phone calls and internet leads • Work with customers and mangers to set appointments • To learn and retain information regarding different models and trims and packages • Direct the customer to where they can more find more product information and recourse about our vehicles online • Record customers information, interaction, and activities in our CRM database • Follow up with existing customers to ensure there satisfaction and generate and leads • Complete ongoing follow up via email, text message, and email • Confirm, Follow up, and track all appointments set • Perform other job related task assigned
