As a Customer Service Representative, you will: • Answer a high volume of calls • Support sales staff by finalizing tickets quickly and efficiently • Handle customer concerns in person and over the phone • Gain a thorough knowledge of policies and procedures • Review and edit customer orders • Create and maintain various delivery and service data • Dispatch drivers • Provide thorough explanation to customers about estimate times during the process (financing, policies, delivery, pick-up, etc.) • Provide reports • Schedule and close deliveries • Assist with pricing, tagging, promotions and organization as needed • Schedule service calls • Make daily calls to customers (delivery updates/confirmations, pick-ups, thank you and follow ups) • Follow assigned schedule • Attend all require meetings As a Customer Service Representative, you must: • Have a High School diploma or GED • Have the ability to work a retail schedule including weekends, nights and holidays • Have strong professional communication skills (bilingual is a plus) • Possess the ability to read, analyze, and interpret common publications related to field of expertise (sales & finance contracts, delivery orders, etc.) • Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers or vendors • Ability to calculate figures (discounts, interest, commission, percentages, area, etc.) • Be able to lift/ move up to 25 pounds, regularly • Possess computer literacy (Microsoft Outlook, Work, Excel, and Windows)
