Talent Acquisition Specialist Position Summary: *Please only apply if bilingual in English and Spanish and have recent Recruitment experience* Our business is undergoing a period of rapid growth and change! Our target candidate is a dynamic leader who can drive collaboration between departments to maintain a streamlined recruitment strategy. This is a highly organized, poised individual who can handle multiple projects at once. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will have a unique opportunity participate in the implementation of a brand new HRIS system. You will be involved in creating, implementing and driving change within the organization. You will take ownership of: • Managing an open job listing of 50-100 vacancies. • Creating job descriptions, posting across all relevant job boards, sourcing and scheduling all interviews. • Working with hiring managers to develop a recruitment strategy and talent pipeline for each open vacancy. • Building relationships with on campus career advisors and outreach programs, attending job fairs. • Improving the candidate experience, following up with candidates to inform them of their application status. • Conducting skills testing, prescreening interviews, reference checks and background investigations. • Developing and implementing new ways to increase applicant attraction while at the same time marketing the company’s brand using networking, internet recruiting resources, community based organizations, media, recruiting firms, and employee referrals. • Managing our weekly onboarding process, coming up with new ways to streamline the process. • Maintaining the applicant tracking system, sending status updates, moving candidates to the appropriate work flows, posting all jobs. • Monitoring incentive programs such as our Referral Bonus Program for drivers across all sites. • Creating content maintaining all social networks including our internal monitors updated on open vacancies, and company events. • Creating reports to analyze recruiting efforts. What you bring: • 3-5 years’ experience in recruiting; preferably in a warehouse or food service environment • (*Must be bilingual English/Spanish) • A proven track record of recruiting for a high volume and fast paced organization, 50-100 open vacancies on average. • Excellent communication, phone skills, people skills, and organizational skills. • The ability to handle multiple requisitions at one time. • High emotional intelligence, the ability to work under pressure. • Some analytical skills and strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. • Should be self-motivated, a fast-learner, dedicated, and a team player. • Must be able to work in a diversified/manufacturing environment. • Open to working some weekends.
