Advantage Wholesale Supply, the most competitive and reliable building maintenance supply company in address is looking for a full-time Manager able to, manage staff and handle all aspects of the location. In this role, you will represent the company in a positive and professional manner while providing stellar customer service and internal support. *This is an Administrative Role that is heavy on phone, email and in person interactions. High volume order entry and follow-ups requiring high level organizational and communication skills* +This is a client facing role on site in the showroom. Must be able to: -Manage staff and delegate responsibilities -Assist the account management team by generating quotes, orders and responding to general customer inquiries. -Train and develop associates making sure they work according to company guidelines and policies. -Hold yourself and your staff accountable and exhibit exemplary performance -Maintain a high level of organization so no orders, request or inquiries go overlooked. Essential Duties and responsibilities: Support and provide superior service in our showroom; Ensuring customer satisfaction before and after the sale; accountability is key; Assist customers in finding what items they may need; Demonstrating professionalism in all aspects of the business; Enhance the customer experience by providing an exciting and memorable service interaction; Handle calls and emails from customers in a timely and efficient manner; Be able to enter and process orders through our account processing software, following up with the necessary parties via email or phone according to specific notes for that particular account. Receive daily inventory transfers and maintain stock integrity on a regular basis. Maintain the premises at all time. Maintenance & upkeep of the entire location. (i.e.: parking lot, warehouse area, restroom and the Showroom and its displays. Assist and be the point of contact for our sales person team. Skills and Qualifications: Previous administrative or supervisor customer service experience is required; hardware retail experience is strongly preferred; Energetic, friendly, motivated; Independent decision maker with the ability to self-manage; Strong eye for detail & organizational skills; Excellent communication & interpersonal skills - written and verbal; Results-oriented with the ability to balance other business considerations; Must possess and professional and friendly attitude and be able to quickly develop a rapport with customers; Hi-Lo (Forklift Experience) a plus Strong data entry skills, with experience in email corresponding / Strong MS outlook experience. Able to work the full week Monday-Friday (730am-5pm Monday to Thursday, 730am-2pm Friday). Hours may vary given holiday adjustments* Stellar punctuality a must.
