Job Summary: 1. 100% outbound call center 2. Heavy call volume 400 to 500 calls / reach about address called 3. We DO NOT sell any products or services, rather ask about 5 to 7 survey type questions 4. If questions are answered correctly we send out a free white paper or webinar in area of interest, then go to next call 5. Calling mid-level managers to C-suite executives RESPONSIBILITIES: • Perform heavy outbound calls (400-500 dials per day) to business individuals to verify contact information and qualify sponsored offers. • Provide business individuals with appropriate information and/or documentation with regards to the service and sponsored offers. • Call on surveys, lead verification, live events and other special projects when needed.
