Front Desk Receptionist located in midtown Manhattan. This is an ongoing temporary position! Must have at least 1+ year of recent Reception experience and a Bachelor’s degree! Looking for someone that is reliable, flexible and good attendance. Must be comfortable working independently with limited supervision and potentially at times be the only staff within the office. Pay Rate: $15-$17/hr Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm Responsibilities: -Answer phone in a prompt & professional manner -Transfer incoming calls to appropriate parties or voicemail -Meet and greet clients and guests -Daily interaction with high level clients & executives -Maintain reception area to make sure it show a tidy & organized appearance at all times -Assist with composing correspondence -Order office supplies -Assist with escorting office guests into conference rooms -Maintained the kitchen (restocking supplies, ordering milk, etc.) -Provide guests with applications and setting address candidates in the testing center - Create and edit contracts - Keep record of attendance Requirements: -At least 1+ years of phone experience -Bachelor’s degree
