Responsibilities • Drive a high-level of traffic to micro websites optimized for key roles, track submitting and resulting hires. (This is your key function.) • Serves as the primary point of contact and evangelizes, promotes and drives social media programs to maintain external enthusiasm around the Company. • Measures and communicates the impact of web community/social media strategies and tactics using agreed upon tracking metrics. • Researches, analyzes, and monitors financial, technological, and demographic factors in order to capitalize on recruiting opportunities and minimize the effects of competitive activity. • Monitors and moderates community participation on blogs and forums sponsored by Company and ensures prompt responses when needed. • Contributes towards promotion activities specifically linked to Company web presence, such as contests, tours, and seminars. • Represents Company at various conferences to evangelize Company to passive prospects and active job-seekers • Serve as an expert in any and all online content – forums, blogs, discussion sites – to help reach targeted passive prospects. • Lead internal effort to recruit, train and oversee existing employee involvement in Social Media for the purpose of integrating said effort into the existing Employee Referral Program. • Prepares reports, including charts and graphs, and presents recommendations for workforce action plans to management. Requirements: • Experience with online research, community management and/or marketing experience • Experience working remotely with a dynamic team. • Exceptional planning skills • Self-motivated • Ability to set realistic, measurable goals • Ability to adjust goals according to weekly data analysis
