Job Title: Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher Job Description -Answer phone calls and redirect all calls to the appropriate representative -Maintain daily schedules of all service technicians -Schedule and dispatch the technicians/estimators on service calls and follow-up all on work -Provide efficient customer service to all clientele; displaying a high level of conflict resolution and patience -Follow-up with customers to confirm that completion of jobs and/or schedule follow-up trips with technicians -Maintain and administer current customer database through electronic filing -Clearly and concisely provide information to all customers, department managers, and co-workers in regards to current or upcoming work -Create and generate all estimates and quotes for customers after service calls -Generate and sell all service contract proposals and agreements for new customers -Maintain agreements, schedules, material orders, hard files, and renewals for all customers -Issue purchase orders for materials and schedule any remaining necessary work
