• Help building visitors navigate thru the services provided at the building, as services provided at other agency locations/programs • Greets vendors, customers, job applicants and other visitors • Answer inquiries and provide information to the general public, customers, visitors, and other interested parties regarding activities conducted at establishment and location of departments, offices, and employees within the organization • May operate a multi-line phone to route incoming calls to up to 10 extensions and place outgoing calls • Required skills include but are not limited, customer service experience, ability to work independently, ability to clearly provide instructions/information • Knowledge of Microsoft Word and typing speed of 25 wpm as requested • High school diploma or GED with 1-2 years of experience in the field or in a related area
