Specific to your areas of responsibility all activities related to selling and service, merchandise standards, store maintenance, and shortage prevention are under your direction. With training, coaching and development, a team will grow following your leadership. Duties and Responsibilities for assigned areas: Ensure that the “Select Your Best” training is utilized to recruit a qualified group of team members to exceed expectations and build a company bench. Through your leadership utilize and reinforce “Amaze” training to coach team members to exceed customers’ expectations. Drive sales and achieve monthly, seasonal, and annual performance goals by developing your team and executing strategies. Lead and execute the Century 21 mid-year and annual review process. Conduct ongoing talent analysis of team members to establish career progression plans that supports our core value of “Grow”. Create strong partnerships with the Merchandise Team Manager and Field Merchandise Manager to maximize business opportunities as it relates to merchandising, space and stock utilization, and execution of company directives. Demonstrate ownership for the ongoing recovery, replenishment, and signing standards in your area of responsibility. Participate in operational tasks as needed, such as, inventory, stockroom maintenance, and staffing. Interact effectively with key store executives in Operations, Store Merchandising/Visual, and Loss Prevention to elevate overall execution and understanding of company directives. Requirements Knowledge and Skills: Minimum of 1-3 years of retail experience. 4-year college degree preferred. Results oriented, passionate, and shows a strong sense of urgency. Merchandising skills. Ability to build partnerships with all levels of the organization. Ability to train, motivate, and mentor. Demonstrates strong leadership, interpersonal, and communications skills. Demonstrates analytical and problem solving skills. Commitment to exemplifying the Century 21 Core Values. Schedule: A flexible work schedule will be required.
