Used Car Dealership looking for Internet sales person (Paterson) compensation: negotiable employment type: full-time Used car dealership looking to hiring immediately an energetic, organized, punctual, responsible, trust worthy motivated and experienced Sales person!!! The person MUST be able to absorb and retain numerical information regarding multiple vehicles. Also complete quotes and explain financing options. Clean driver license is required. We have been in business for over 20 years. We are small but normally sell 40 to 60 used cars a month and all are serviced before we sell them. The ideal candidate for this position will have an outgoing and positive attitude, along with an expertise of building relationships with customers. JOB DESCRIPTIONS: *Experience a must *Clear telephone voice *Post cars online *Communicate with customer online, via text or emails *Get auto insurance for customers *Post Reviews •Sales Representatives spend time with customers to determine their needs and discusses vehicle options •Sales Representatives test drive vehicles •Complete quotes and explain financing options •Support customers by setting appointments •Follow up with existing customers to confirm their satisfaction and generate leads ****QUALIFICATIONS*** *Prior automotive sales, or in the selling of financial products required. *Proficient at operating a personal computer including Microsoft Office: E-mail, Excel and word *Ability to work independently and self -motivated. *Professional appearance and work ethic. *Strong attention to detail. *Valid driver's license and a good driving record. *Ability to work well in a process driven environment. *Outstanding communication skill in both verbal and written. *High school diploma or equivalent. *Most pass a background check and drug screen. *Ability to read and interpret credit bureaus including Experian, Equifax, Trans Union. *Perfect paper work for loan packages, business office and lenders. *Work closely with the GSM to establish sales department goals and objectives. *Maintain an efficient work flow of all finance processes. *Adhere to all approved product and pricing guidelines. *Verify and witnessed all customer signatures. *Negotiate deals. *Negotiate auto loan approvals to maximize profits.
