Temp to permanent position Job Summary: Responsible for answering inbound wagering sales and customer service calls and making outbound calls in support of 4NJBets powered by TVG’s interactive gaming operations. Provides outstanding customer service while responding to subscriber account management, financial transaction, wagering, and wager history inquiries. Provides technical support to 4NJBets powered by TVG subscribers for PC, Interactive Voice Response and mobile applications Essential Functions: Provide complete, accurate responses to subscriber calls regarding 4NJBets powered by TVG’s interactive gaming operations Perform multi-step deposit and database transactions accurately. Resolve account and billing inquiries from subscribers. Provide technical assistance to customers regarding IVR, PC and Set Top wagering applications. Additional responsibilities as assigned or requested. Qualifications: One to three years of experience in a customer service or sales position required Knowledge and understanding of the thoroughbred horse racing industry preferred Knowledge of pari-mutuel wagering preferred. Data entry skills required. Effective oral and written skills required. Knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel and databases preferred Ability to actively listen to what others have to say and restate information to ensure understanding; Provide complete and accurate information; Maintain professional business standards at all times.
