Job location is address and south address 0000000000 Must have A VECHILE !We are looking to hire a Lead Masonry Foreman to oversee and manage our masons and masons' tenders. Also, to lay building materials, such as block, stone and brick and constructs or repairs surfaces or structures. Working conditions include restricted movement, dirty environment, extreme temperatures, lifting or carrying heavy objects. Responsibilities and duties: oversees and manages all labors reports to owner oversees training of new crew members lays blocks or bricks mixes Mortar using hand-mixing equipment and/or hand tools operates equipment, such as boom lift Skills and abilities required: must possess a valid driver’s license strong knowledge of the trade inside and out skilled in the construction, alteration, repair and maintenance of masonry structures and surfaces able to work in a team environment and communicate effectively strong leadership and the ability to lead by example educate new employees must possess strong Mathematics’ skills planning and staying on timelines demonstrated organizational skills and evaluating information and proactively finding solutions for construction projects mindful on the use of specialized tools; knowledge of related tools, masonry techniques, equipment and materials We are looking for a team player who wants to grow with the company. Must possess a valid driver’s license and be authorized to work in address. The ideal candidate must: maintain a positive and transparent relationship with the company’s owner and subcontractors keep a positive and “can-do/no excuses” attitude for as long as the project(s) lasts maintain a proactive vs. reactive attitude and work ethic Job Type: Full-time Salary: $28.00 /hour Experience: Brick Layer or Foreman: 5 years (Required)
