J Clarke's in address is seeking qualified Line Cooks and Sous Chefs for our high volume restaurants located in Manhathan. Great opportunity for candidates looking to expand their experience and grow in a fast paced, waterfront restaurant. Duties may include but are not limited to the following items: Able to do repetitive work, Able to prepare food according to food handlers guidelines, knowledge of cooking procedures, Able to communicate with team members and customers, knowledge of kitchen equipment, knowledge of safety rules for kitchen equipment, knowledge of where and how everything is stored, able to lift, flexible with job duties, must be able to keep and tidy work space, and work in a fast pace environment. Candidates MUST be able to work all shifts. LINECOOKS MUST have at least 3 years' experience as an address line cook. Must have full service restaurant experience SOUS CHEFS MUST have at least 3 years' address experience in high volume full service restaurants LINECOOK RATE: $15-$18/hr based on experience SOUS CHEF RATE: SALARY BASED ON EXPERIENCE
