Description

Customer Service Representative Qualifications: Responds to customer issues that require product knowledge, interpret questions/requests and ensure proper resolution in a prompt and courteous manner. May initiate customer contact to proactively identify and address customer needs. Monitors the resolution process to ensure other departments follow through on requests. Responsibilities: This is a Customer Relations position where you will be handling a base of accounts in an Account Management Environment. You will be managing the customer experience through handling customer ordering, invoicing, credit management, customer communication and overall account management. This position is in an SAP Environment and processes are managed through it. This position operates as part of a team-based environment and requires strong communication and interpersonal skills. This position works in a high paced environment with multiple systems. Having high level knowledge of Microsoft Windows, and Microsoft Office Products is critical to success in the role. There will be order placement and management, in an SAP system, invoice management, and customer account management. The individual will need to have very strong organizational skills and have the ability to work in a high paced environment. High School diploma is required but BA/BS is preferred. Pay is based on experience.
