Convenient location in Flatiron District in Manhattan. Casual environment. Job Responsibilities: --Inside sales/customer service/order entry. Process Amazon orders --Prepare bid documents and help generate detailed proposals and submittals --Get freight quotes and coordinate shipments going from factory to customer --Accounts receivable: quotations, sales orders, invoicing, receipts --Accounts payable: purchase orders, entering vendor invoices, paying bills --Copy, email, & fax documents --General office responsibilities include: answer phones, file, scan, shred documents, order and organize office supplies, etc. --Sales tax reporting --Run local errands including trips to FedEx and the local post office. Ability to lift cartons up to 70lbs on occassion --Keep office clean --In a nutshell, if you see something that needs to be done, do it!
