Baker, Cake Decorator, Sandwich Maker, Salad Prep, Retailers Baker: Lead Baker is responsible for carrying out operations and productions that takes place in the kitchen such as baking, recipe, preparation, etc. This individual is responsible for maintaining the in-store production process to make the workplace safe and hygienic for all employees, and is also responsible for the overall baking, quality and safety of the workplace. Baker’s goal should be customer satisfaction by ensuring product quality of product at the store. Sandwich Maker: are responsible for preparing sandwiches in fast food restaurants and their duties may also include ensuring that food safety standards are respected, collecting payments from customers, cleaning the working area, portioning food items, and maintaining stocks. Salad Makers: are kitchen staff responsible for preparing salads and fruits.
