The Automotive Sales BDC Representative monitors follow up with potential customer leads received via internet, phone, and visits to the dealership. Responsibilities: • Responsible for managing all incoming internet and phone leads via the CRM tool • Prospects for potential customers on a daily basis • Responsible for setting, confirming, and following up with customer appointments • Maintains consistent rapport with previously sold customers • Responds to email inquiries in a professional, and well-spoken manner • Responsible for determining each customer’s vehicle needs by active listening • Follows BDC scripts and guidelines on calls and e-mails • Maintains quota of outbound calls/day and emails/day as set forth by management • Attends sales meetings and training sessions as needed • Performs surveys with customers
