JOB TITLE: Front Desk – Administrative Sales Assistant

Shifts Available: 5:30 AM - 11:00 AM (morning shift) 4:00 - 9:00 PM (night shift) 7:45 AM - 12 AM Saturdays and Sundays

Job Description and Core Functions:

Greet and check-in clients plus administrative assistant duties
Book consultations for studio leaders
Assist and work closely with the owner on schedules, appointments and other administrative duties
Assist clients with their questions
Answer phones and make calls to those interested in Phatburn
Maintain and update menus and workout schedules online
Make sure studio is ready for classes
Maintain cleanliness of the studio
Learn, understand, and promote our core values
Ensure we are stocked on supplies and order when necessary
Office support
