Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Must be able to read and follow menus and recipe. Plan, prep, set up and provide quality service in all areas of food production for all menu items. Visually inspect, select, and utilize only food items of the highest quality in the preparation of menu items. Stock, properly rotate and replenish items needed for service. Maintain organization, cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment; comply with Department of Health standards at all times. Work the line in a timely fashion and create quality and consistent products for our guests. Ensure final presentation of menu items is up to standards. Provide outstanding customer service when dealing with guests. Perform other related duties as requested
