Fills orders accurately and quickly
Checks packed order against register receipt

Monitors food quality before packing product

Thanks customers when they leave and asks them to please return
Handles minor customer complaints quickly and effectively
Refers serious complaints to manager immediately -- serious complaints are those involving money, product dissatisfaction or ones in which the employee is unsure of how to handle
Handles emergencies calmly
Is courteous to all customers
Makes customers aware of best price/value, current promotions, new products, etc.

Job Requirements

Must be at least 15 years old
Able to perform arithmetic calculations at the eighth grade level in order to be able to make change
Operate PAR register system and maintain cash to within +/- $2.00 per shift
Have sufficient visual acuity to operate equipment and handle products safely
Able to understand instructions for operating electronic cash registers and other equipment
Able to stock shelves and coolers
Able to tolerate exposure to chemical cleaning products and food products
Able to sweep and mop floors, dust shelves and lift and carry out trash containers and place in an outside bin
Able to clean the parking lot and grounds surrounding the restaurant
Able to enter and work in a cooler at a temperature as low as 0 degrees for at least one minute at a time if at least 16 years of age
