Under the direction of the Sr. Manager of HR and Administration, this position requires the exercise of discretion and independent and is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Human Resource and Administration department.
The position requires the administration of the human resources policies, procedures, and programs, and carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas:
• Training and Development
• Compliance with Labor Laws
• Employee relations
In addition, this position will manage the Administration staff in their daily duties including; preparations for regular corporate events, and seasonal gifts.
