Applicant MUST have prior NYC Nightlife experience and event space planning with preferred experience being in high volume bar, lounge or club setting. Prior Floor Management experience handling alcohol, food and front facing customer interaction and employee management is required. Must be available to work nights and weekends.
-Serve as the main point of contact for Events team and catering venues.
-Maintain a database of all events collateral and sales materials, recipes, and resources needed for executing all events.
-Ensure all scheduled events are executable, profitable, and deliver on customer expectations.
-Strong leadership skills and ability to build and manage a team
-Highly developed organizational and multi-tasking abilities and sound administrative skills.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Excellent problem resolution skills and outstanding listening skills.
-Highly developed knowledge of various beverage service styles.
-Familiarity with food and beverage cost controls.
-Develop and train new employees while improving skills of current staff.
- Must be front facing manager who enjoys interacting with guests and managing from the floor.
